New Build Warehouse
Successfully delivered a 20,000 sq m warehouse development, providing comprehensive project management from inception to completion.
The project was completed within a budget of £1.25 million and included:
Underfloor heating (UFH) system throughout the facility
Installation of a custom-made Kingspan roofing system
Integration of a high-efficiency Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
Construction of a mezzanine floor incorporating office spaces
Oversaw all phases of the project including planning, procurement, contractor coordination, compliance, and final handover.
Delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
6 New Dwellings at Gipsy Lane, Leicester
Delivered a full turnkey development of 6 new-build houses, managing all stages from groundworks to final handover.
The project featured timber frame construction for speed, sustainability, and thermal efficiency.

Complete design and build of 6 residential units
Car park construction for residents and visitors
Installation of an attenuation tank with a flow control device to manage surface water runoff and ensure compliance with local drainage regulations
